Key Responsibilities:
- TMS Management: Ensure TMS availability, manage incidents, coordinate system upgrades, and implement system improvements.
- Project Management: Plan, document, and prioritise projects, design business cases, and manage budgets.
- Technology Transformation: Identify technical solutions for business pain points and automate manual processes.
- IT Architecture & Data Governance: Document Treasury IT landscape, decommission legacy systems, and implement security alerts.
- Control & Audit: Maintain up-to-date TMS documentation and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with system suppliers and facilitate regular discussions on developments and projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Strong background in financial services, Treasury, business analytics, and IT.
- Education: Minimum third-level education in finance, with further education in IT/data analytics desirable, or an IT degree with finance experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Treasury management systems, excellent organisational skills, and strong Excel capabilities.
- Mindset: Innovative, interested in emerging technologies and willing to go beyond the role for the team's betterment.
