    Sales Support | Financial Planning | Remote - Munster

    My client is an independent financial planning firm dedicated to providing personalised financial advice and planning services. Known for their client-centric approach, integrity, and dedication to excellence, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their client team.     The successful person will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's daily operations. This role involves assisting financial planners with client documentation, managing client records, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, energy, drive, and a client-focused mindset.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and the Office Manager.
    - Ensure clients receive high-quality service promptly and professionally.
    - Assist in preparing client reports and financial summaries.
    - Maintain client files in compliance with regulatory standards.
    - Perform regular data audits and updates.
    - Track new client applications and follow up on outstanding documents.
    Office Coordination and Event Management:
    Manage office supplies, filing, and organise internal meetings.
    - Coordinate with external service providers.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    - Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent; further qualifications in administration, business, finance, or a related field are advantageous. QFA desired.
    - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, preferably within financial services.
    - Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; familiarity with financial planning software is a plus.
    - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
    - Interpersonal Skills: Team player with a positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
    - Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive with a high level of initiative.
    - Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of financial services regulations in Ireland is desirable.
    - Confidentiality: High level of discretion in handling sensitive information.

    What You Won’t Be Doing:

    - Selling or cold calling
    - Managing sales targets
    - Chasing down prospects
    - Filling in fluff reports

    Roadmap for the Right Person:

    Year 1:
    - Full responsibility for servicing team and paraplanning reports.
    - Annual bonus based on performance.
