The Role
You’ll play a central role in the day-to-day oversight of a global fixed income investment portfolio.
This is a fully hands-on position — ideal for someone who wants ownership, complexity and autonomy, without formal people management responsibilities.
Your remit will include:
- Daily and monthly cash and position reconciliations
- Trade confirmation and settlement across global markets
- Securities and cash transfers, corporate action processing and proxy voting
- Performance and management reporting
- Custodian and trust account set-up, SWIFT connectivity
- Monitoring off-balance sheet collateral and counterparty exposure
- Supporting audit and driving operational enhancements
You’ll act as the operational subject matter expert in Dublin, working closely with global stakeholders and senior finance leadership.

Your Background
You’ll likely bring:
- 5 years+ of Fixed Income Investment Operations experience
- Strong experience confirming and settling trades across global markets
- Deep product knowledge across fixed income, derivatives and alternative investments
- Understanding of collateral agreements (CSAs)
- Exposure to Solvency II or NAIC reporting (beneficial)
- Strong systems experience (Bloomberg AIM/PORT/MARS, Clearwater, JP Morgan, BNY Nexen, HSBCnet, CTM, ALERT)
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge advantageous
