    Hybrid Graduate Treasury | Internal Funding Analyst | Front Office Environement. - City Centre

    My client is a global financial service organisation based in Dublin city centre with a highly experienced Treasury team split between Accounting, Dealing, Risk, Hedging, and Compliance. They are looking to add a bright and motivated graduate to join their specialist treasury funding team.

    In this role, you will get massive exposure to all aspects of international treasury funding and risk management in a front office environment. Employees here enjoy a great work-life balance in a collaborative environment.

    The successful candidate will be working with some of the best treasury subject matter experts in Ireland.

    In this role, you will get exposure to all aspects of treasury funding, including.

    • Establish the daily and weekly funding needs
    • Arrange pre-hedging needs of the local offices based on the pipeline of new business.
    • Book the new funding needs of the countries into the Treasury Management System
    • Prepare monthly overview Gap Analysis Reports for each office/portfolio.
    • Prepare monthly Asset and Liability reconciliation reports per portfolio per currency based on the output from General Ledger of the local offices.
    • Ensure all policies relating to Balance Sheet Risk Management are adhered to at all times.
    • Support the automation of all manual processes within the internal funding process.
    • Risk reporting

    Candidate Profile

    • The ideal candidate will be a graduate of a financial discipline (ideally 2.1 or 1.1) with some experience in financial services, investments or Treasury.
    • Experience/understanding of financial services, treasury, funding or risk management.
    • Have excellent relationship management skills with experience dealing with internal and external stakeholders at a high level.
    • Strong Excel skills.
    • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
