My client is an asset finance group based In Dublin. They are looking to hire a people centric person to help their commercial clients through their lending journey. This role will focus on the day-to-day management of their varied customer base as well as managing internal stakeholder requests.

Candidate Profile

  • The candidate should be self-starter with a good eye for detail and a proactive approach to making this role their own.
  • Professional manner in all interactions with good business writing skills and ability to communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Good sense of numbers with an ability to reconcile balances or identify when something is not correct.
  • Excellent time management with ability to multitask and arrange priorities under pressure.
  • Good team work ethic with willingness to go extra mile to get the job done, especially during our peak season.
  • Energy - someone who will work hard but will also enjoy engaging with team social events and building colleague relationships.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond the role for the good of the wider department especially during busy seasons.

Ideal Qualifications/Skills

  • Some experience solving problems for clients and stakeholders in an asset finance/banking/Credit environment.
  • APA/QFA qualification would be advantageous. If you are not APA/QFA qualified, you will be required to meet the Central Bank of Ireland’s minimum competency requirements for our business meaning you will be required to obtain a qualification as either an Accredited Product Advisor (Loans and Regulations) or Qualified Financial Advisor. My client will pay for this for you.
  • Degree level education in a relevant business discipline – or working towards a degree.
  • Confident, proactive self-starter with an appetite for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communicator (oral and written) with excellent relationship/networking skills; Fluent English.
  • Reliable and comfortable working in a virtual/work from home environment at least 50% of the time.
