    Business Analyst | Hybrid | Global Treasury - City Centre

    My client is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Treasury IT team in Dublin.     Key Responsibilities:
    - TMS Management: Ensure Treasury Management System (TMS) availability, manage incident resolution, lead system upgrades, and automate processes.
    - Data Management: Collaborate on delivering Treasury Data to the Global Data Warehouse, troubleshoot data quality issues, and work with Group IT on data extraction.
    - Project Management: Plan, document, and prioritise Treasury IT projects, develop business cases, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
    - Technology Transformation: Identify and implement tech solutions to streamline operations, align system functionality with business needs, and drive automation.
    - IT Architecture & Data Governance: Document Treasury IT landscape, support decommissioning of legacy systems, and enhance security protocols.
    - Control & Audit: Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory reporting.
    - Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with TMS providers and collaborate with various technical and non-technical teams.

    What We’re Looking For:
    - Strong understanding of financial services, Treasury, and IT systems.
    - Degree/qualifications in Business, IT, Data, or Project Management.
    - Experience with financial services systems such as banking or Treasury.
    - Excellent organisational and communication skills.
    - Proficiency in Excel and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
    - Self-starter capable of taking ownership and driving tasks forward with minimal supervision.

    My client offers an excellent package, including a bonus, a 15% pension, and health & dental insurance. They also have a policy that anyone in the business can work from home at least 60% of the time. You must be comfortable leading a team in a semi-virtual environment and using remote tools.
