A highly regarded International Super ManCo and investment manager is hiring an Assistant Manager to strengthen its operational and oversight capability in Dublin.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in maintaining a robust, inspection-ready control environment, working closely with senior Operations leadership and Designated Persons.

This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership—ideal for someone who enjoys detail, accountability, and being trusted to get things right.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Executing BAU operational processes aligned to UCITS and AIFMD requirements
• Supporting and validating NAV oversight processes (review, challenge, exception handling)
• Maintaining operational controls, logs, and audit-ready evidence frameworks
• Monitoring cash, settlements, and reconciliations
• Identifying and escalating operational issues, ensuring clear documentation and resolution
• Preparing materials for delegate oversight and service provider governance
• Supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections
• Contributing to fund launches, changes, and operational improvements

What You Bring (Essential)

• Proven experience in NAV processes (calculation, oversight, or validation)
• Strong understanding of UCITS and/or AIFMD frameworks
• Experience in fund operations, ManCo, asset management, or fund administration
• Comfortable operating in a regulated environment with strong controls and governance
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Strong documentation and written communication skills
• Solid Excel/data handling capability

You will join a high-performing Global Corporate Clients team responsible for managing and growing relationships with large international clients.

This role goes far beyond administration — you will be actively involved in:

• Supporting senior bankers on origination, structuring, and execution of transactions
• Working across a broad product suite including lending, structured finance, M&A, hedging, and acquisition financing
• Developing deep sector insight across Food & Agri and Energy Transition, as well as construction and technology

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll operate as a true partner to senior bankers, with exposure across the full deal lifecycle:

Client & Relationship Management

• Support and gradually take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings and strategic discussions
• Build internal and external networks across banking and advisory ecosystems

Deal Execution & Structuring

• Assist in structuring transactions, drafting term sheets, and credit applications
• Coordinate approvals, documentation, closing, and post-deal execution
• Support syndication processes and deal team coordination

Commercial & Strategic Analysis

• Analyse financials, assess risk, and identify commercial opportunities
• Produce high-quality pitch materials and investment cases
• Monitor pipeline, portfolio performance, and income generation

Risk, Compliance & Sustainability

• Support KYC processes and regulatory compliance across the portfolio
• Contribute to credit risk assessment and monitoring
• Evaluate and report on client sustainability performance
