Transfer Agency Supervisor | Private Equity | Dublin 2 - City Centre

My client is a mid-sized global financial services firm offering investment management and fund administration services based in Dublin 2.

They are looking to hire an experienced transfer agency/shareholder services professional to lead a small team in a broad-based role within their Private Equity Function. The role came about due to significant growth of the function.

This individual will be required to work closely with other members of the Private Equity Team to help grow a dedicated Private Equity team in a high growth area and will ultimately be the main day to day contact for a number of Private Equity clients.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to work in an end to end environment with an excellent reputation for work-life balance and people development.

Required:

• 3 years + Transfer Agency/Shareholder Services/Investor Services background with experience in Private Equity/Real Estate/Hedge funds;
• Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering requirements;
• Experience in supervisory skills and/or coaching / mentoring;
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills – Fluency in English essential for both;
