My client is a growing mid-sized global financial services firm offering investment management and fund administration services. They have ambitious plans to expand their current headcount significantly over the next 5 years and make their Dublin 2 office a major EMEA centre for asset servicing. They have identified the acquisition of senior leadership talent within private equity accounting as a business priority, as this personnel will help grow the existing teams, improve and design infrastructure, win new business and be a champion for change within the organisation.
As such, they have asked Dolmen Recruitment to accept expressions of interest from candidates at VP and SVP Level.
- At least five years in private equity fund accounting
- Experience of training and managing other leaders
- A passion for a strategic role based on change management and process improvement
- An interest in or experience of learning how to target and win new business
