Private Equity Fund Accounting VP - City Centre

My client is a growing mid-sized global financial services firm offering investment management and fund administration services. They are looking to hire a high calibre private equity funds leader to set up and develop a new team. Reporting directly to the head of Private Equity, candidates must have a high level of understanding of Private Equity / Real Estate structures and related investment types.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction of the area, the management of the team and the management of a portfolio of Private Equity clients.

Required:

• 10 years’ experience within fund administration with at least 5 years’ experience in Private Equity Fund Administration
• Have a strong knowledge of Private Equity structures, various Fund domiciles regulatory requirements and waterfall calculations
• Experience in management of teams;
• Have experience in reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and OM’s
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills – fluency in English essential.
